Student Success Center
The Student Success Center (SSC) serves as Lane's centralized hub for post-high school planning, specializing in college and career exploration. Our team is dedicated to guiding juniors and seniors as they prepare for their postsecondary journeys and life beyond high school.
The SSC offers both group and personalized sessions designed to help students and their families clarify and achieve their goals. We provide comprehensive support through:
In-class and after-school workshops
College and career fairs
Assistance with college applications
Guidance on financial aid and scholarship applications
Exploration of non-college pathways
Exploration of non-college pathways
Individual and group counseling sessions
Organized college visits
With support from our college access counselor, two youth leaders (current CHCP students), and a persistence counselor, CHCP students and parents are empowered to navigate college applications, trade school options, employment opportunities, and financial aid with confidence.
